Prepare macaroni as directed on package.
Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper, worchestershire sauce.
Drain the grease.
Return to reheat on the stove at medium-low heat, add the tomato soup and stir.
When that mixture is heated, drain macaroni and add.
Reduce heat to low for 20 minutes.
Serve buttered corn and buttered bread.
