Ingredients
 1 Box of rotini pasta
 Cherry tomatoes
 Light italian dressing
 Italian seasoning
 Shredded cheese
 Pepperoni

Cook pasta, drain

Cut cherry tomatoes into fourths and cut pepperoni slices in half

Add 2 cups shredded cheddar or mixed blend cheese

Pour 3/4 cup of light Italian dressing on salad, toss

Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top of salad

Tastes best when refrigerated for a few hours but can be served right away as well
