In large skillet, heat oil. Add noodles, onion and garlic. Cook and stir until pasta is browned.
Stir in tomatoes, water, chilies, salt and cumin. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
