Heat oven to 375-degrees F.
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
In medium saucepan, melt butter; cook onion until tender but not brown. Add soup and milk; stir until smooth.
Stir in chicken, peas and carrots and hot cooked pasta; place in buttered 2-quart casserole.
In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, melted butter and poultry seasoning; sprinkle on top of pasta mixture.
Bake, uncovered, 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
