Quick and Easy Cacciatore

Ingredients
 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
 1.50 cups onion, sliced
 1.50 cups sliced mushrooms
 1 cup green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
 2 garlic clove, minced
 1.50 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
 16 oz Creamette® Spaghetti
 1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
Cooking Directions

 In large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil. Add onion, mushrooms, green pepper and garlic; cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes, or until tender. Remove vegetables; set aside.

  Add remaining oil to skillet; cook chicken 8 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked.

  Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

 Add pasta sauce and vegetables to chicken. Cook 5 minutes, or until sauce is heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  Serve chicken and sauce over hot cooked pasta; serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
