12 oz Creamette® Elbow Macaroni
2 cups 1% low fat milk
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all purpose flour
0.50 tsp salt
0.25 tsp ground black pepper
8 oz shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, stir together milk, butter, flour, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently; remove from heat.

Stir in cheese until melted.

Stir together hot cooked pasta and cheese sauce; serve immediately.
