Cavatappi Al Sugo

Ingredients
 2 tbsp olive oil
 0.50 cup carrot, chopped
 0.50 cup celery, chopped
 0.50 cup onion, chopped
 2 garlic clove, minced
 0.75 lb extra lean ground beef
 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
 1 tsp fresh oregano leaves
 0.50 tsp salt
 16 oz Creamette® Cavatappi
Cooking Directions

 In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil; add carrot, celery, onion and garlic. Cook 5 minutes or until tender.

 Add ground beef. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally.

 Add crushed tomatoes, oregano and salt; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.

 Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions.

 Toss hot cooked pasta and sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
