Mimi Barbara’s Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
 1 6 oz Box of fettuccine
 2 tbsp Butter
 4.50 tsp All purpose flour
 1 cup Half and half
 1 lb Cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  cup Parmesan cheese, grated
 ½ tsp Salt
 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, minced
Cooking Directions

Cook fettuccine according to the package.

In a large saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add in half and half.

Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.

Drain fettuccine, stir into pan.

Stir in the shrimp, cheese and salt. Heat through. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
