Cook the macaroni according to directions and drain when cooked.
Add the Velveeta, a small amount of milk and butter to make it creamy.
While cooking the macaroni, brown the ground beef with some diced onion and drain the grease.
When done, add to the macaroni along with the marinara sauce.
Blend all together adding salt/pepper and any desired spices. I like to add a small amount of red chili pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
Add a dash of whipping cream to the mixture to make it creamy.
Pour into a large greased casserole dish and top with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes, until the cheddar is melted and bubbly.
