Creamy Lemon Garlic Parmesan Pasta with Spinach

Ingredients
 8 oz Creamette pasta (choose your favorite shape)
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 4 Cloves of garlic, minced
 1 cup Baby spinach, chopped
 1 Lemon, zest
 1 Lemon, juice
 1 cup Heavy cream
 1 cup Grated parmesan cheese
 1 dash Salt
 1 dash Pepper
Cooking Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook the Creamette pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

Drain the pasta and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted.

Pour in the heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir well.

Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese while stirring continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you like a bit of heat, add red pepper flakes to your liking.

Combine pasta and sauce.

Add the cooked Creamette pasta to the skillet with the sauce.

Toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the creamy lemon garlic Parmesan sauce.
