Blend cream cheese & evaporated milk. Stir in garlic, basil, & parsley.
In favorite casserole pan, add 1/4 cup of pasta sauce to bottom of pan, making sure entire pan is covered.
Add 1/2 of pasta.
Cover pasta with 1/2 of cream cheese mixture, followed by 1/2 of remaining pasta sauce, then 1/2 of cheese.
Repeat layers of pasta, cream cheese, pasta sauce, & top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 in oven for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
Optional: once baked, garnish with additional parsley.
