Creamy Mushroom and Spinach Pasta

Ingredients
 8 oz Pasta
 2 tbsp Butter
 2 Garlic cloves, minced
 8 oz Sliced mushrooms
 2 tsp Fresh thyme, chopped
 Salt and pepper to taste
 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
 1.50 cups Milk
 ¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese
 2 cups Baby spinach
Cooking Directions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and cook the garlic for about 1 minute, stirring frequently.

Add the mushrooms, thyme, salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are browned and tender.

Sprinkle the flour over the mushroom mixture and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually whisk in the milk and bring the sauce to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes.

Toss the pasta with the sauce and serve hot or warm
