Boil water for spaghetti and cook according to directions. Aldente is preferred.
In the meantime, melt butter and olive oil together in a pan.
Gently saute garlic and zucchini until almost done. Then add anchovy and heat all together.
Drain pasta. Pour anchovy zucchini, garlic blend over pasta.
Serve and top with shredded parmesan.
