Cook sausage and hamburger in frying pan, drain grease away after cooked
Add meat to Rao’s Marinara sauce
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package directions and drain in strainer
Put ricotta and egg in small bowl with Italian seasoning (optional) and whip with hand mixer
In 13” x 9” pan, put some sauce in bottom of pan
Next, put layer of lasagna noodles, all of ricotta mixture, and a little parmesan cheese
Add another layer of noodles, sauce, and sliced mozzarella
Next, another layer of noodles, sauce, and shredded mozzarella
Cover pan with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly
Remove from oven and let sit for 15-30 minutes before serving
For best results do not use low fat or non fat cheeses.
