Pepperoni Pizza Bake

Ingredients
 12 oz Creamette® Thick and Hearty Penne
 1 (15 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce
 0.50 tsp garlic powder
 1 tsp onion powder
 6 oz sliced pepperoni
 0.25 cup sliced olives
 1.50 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Cooking Directions

  Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.  Preheat oven to 375°F.

  In a large bowl, combine pizza sauce, garlic powder and onion powder.  Stir in cooked pasta, pepperoni, olives and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.

  Spoon into a deep, round 8-inch baking pan.  Top with remaining cheese.

  Bake, uncovered 15 minutes, or until heated through.  Serve with crushed red pepper flakes and grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
