Roasted Peppers and Sausage Fettuccine

Ingredients
 1 red bell peppers, thinly sliced
 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
 1 onion, thinly sliced
 3 tbsp olive oil
 1 tsp dried basil leaves
 1 lb cooked Italian sausage links, sliced
 14.50 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
 12 oz Creamette® Fettuccine
Cooking Directions

 Heat oven to 450º F.

 In 13x9-inch baking dish, toss peppers, onion, olive oil and basil; spread in even layer. Add sausage pieces. Bake 15 minutes, uncovered, stirring once or twice. Stir in tomatoes with juice; bake 10 more minutes.

 Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Stir into pepper mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
