Heat oven to 400°F.
In large skillet over medium heat, cook meat and onion until meat is thoroughly cooked and onion is tender.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt and cinnamon; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss hot pasta with Alfredo sauce.
In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, spoon one-half pasta mixture; spoon meat mixture evenly over pasta. Spoon remaining pasta evenly over meat mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
