In medium bowl, combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic salt and pepper; shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.
In large non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat vegetable oil; brown meatballs, turning occasionally. Drain; add pasta sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions; drain. Set aside drained pasta.
In the same pan used to boil the pasta, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté spinach and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes, or until wilted.
Take pan off heat and add spaghetti, meatballs and sauce. Stir to combine.
Transfer to 10” cast iron skillet and top with mozzarella. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
