Drain clams, reserving 1/3 cup liquid; set aside.
Sauté onion in oil and butter until tender. Add garlic and parsley; sauté 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes, pepper sauce, reserved clam liquid, seasonings and wine. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add clams; heat thoroughly.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to package directions. Serve sauce over pasta.
