Thin Spaghetti All ‘Italiano

Ingredients
 8 oz Creamette® Thin Spaghetti
 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1/2"-thick slices
 0.50 cup green bell peppers, chopped
 0.50 cup onion, chopped
 1 garlic cloves, chopped
 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 jar (24 oz.) pasta sauce
 1 jar (4.5 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
Cooking Directions

 Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.

 In large saucepan, over medium heat, cook and stir sausage, bell pepper, onion and garlic in oil until vegetables are tender.

  Stir in pasta sauce and mushrooms. Cover; simmer 20 minutes.

  Stir pasta into sauce; heat through. Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
